We are working with a local authority in Nottingham to support the placement of a Care Worker on a 2 month contract with ample scope for extension at the clients discretion.consider applying along with your cultivars such as urgent evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Providing high levels of physical and emotional care to young people, including education, life skills and health needs as well as mental health support as part of the corporate parenting role.
Adopt a strengths-based approach in your work with children, young people, colleagues and external agencies
To provide high quality care to children and young people that is delivered efficiently and effectively within organizational policy and legal requirements.
Providing care in an environment that positively integrates race, culture, gender, disability, and sexual orientation.
To ensure that managers are informed of important matters arising in relation to the home, including areas required under the Children's Home Regulations 2015 and/or the best interests of children and young people in your care.
Eligibility:
Must have Child Workforce Development Diploma Level 3 (or equivalent).
Basic Information of Children Act 1989.
Must have at least 6 months of experience working with children, youth or adults with disabilities in a volunteer, work or other related setting.
